Meridio Family Counseling

My name is Nona. I work with children, families and young adults, addressing a wide range of issues such as: anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, emotional and behavioral difficulties, trauma, parental separation, adjustment disorders, and autism. I use psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, solution-focused and other evidence based methodologies. Additionally, I am trained as a certified parent-child interaction (PCIT) therapist which allows families to work as a team with a focus on the achievement of family goals. I am fluent in English and Armenian. I am sensitive and understanding to the differences in cultures, opinions, and values.
